The San Bernardino Valley Water Conservation District was established to ensure recharge of the Bunker Hill Groundwater Basin in an environmentally and economically responsible way, using local native surface water to the maximum extent practicable.
The District offers a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and Vision insurance and retirement through the California Public Employee's Retirement Systems (CalPERS).
