Upper Santa Ana Wash Land Management and Habitat Conservation Plan (Wash Plan)
This project is expected to produce a Land Management and Habitat Conservation Plan for the wash planning area, covering 4,500 acres ranging from the mouth of the Santa Ana River canyon to Alabama Street in the Santa Ana River wash.
