District launches new five-year planning process for 2023

This month marked the kickoff of a new five-year strategic plan to be developed this year with feedback from staff, Board members, community partners and members of the public. The Board of Directors approved a contract with Strategy Driver, Inc. to guide the development of surveys that will help inform the process, with work scheduled to begin soon. A series of workshops and revisions will refine and focus the plan later into the year with a list of deliverables that will serve the District through the rest of the decade.
